All registered persons may attach the following files to a post: JPG, GIF, PNG, TXT, PDF, and ZIP. These will show as a list at the bottom of your message. We are not imposing resolution restrictions to image files attached to messages, however there is a size limit that varies by role. People may open images attached to posts in this manner by simply clicking on them.

The Personal Storage space connected to each person's profile allows for the upload and management of image files (JPG, GIF, PNG) that can be inserted into messages within groups. Depending on someone's role, the amount of space allowed for such files will be limited. Files of a resolution larger than 400x400 will be automatically scaled down upon upload. This is to avoid page distortion issues within content viewed on this site.  If the image file you wish to attach is larger than 400x400 in either width or height, attach it to a message post instead of inserting it within a message.
