During the recent rebuild of this site, I decided to merge some Groups that previously existed separately. I may merge a few more before I am done, but the Groups list reflects those that now exist and are open to registered users. Others were moved off this site into Yahoo Groups, with the links to those showing in my SIG block before.
The Online Student Lounge group, for example, is an independent discussion group for those taking courses online. Through the group they can help each other out by the sharing of links and ideas to help them succeed in their educational goals.
For those who want to just ask me questions about web design, HTML or CSS, etc.; I created the CMS-Themes-Skins-Templates group. This is also a place where people can ask questions about how to resolve challenges in creating custom themes, skins, or templates for the various CMS programs I support and use.
